A L\u2019Artes\u00e0 tot comen\u00e7a amb un somni senzill: cultivar la terra, respectar els seus temps i compartir-ne els fruits. Aquesta \u00e9s la hist\u00f2ria de com la passi\u00f3 per l\u2019aut\u00e8ntic va donar vida a un projecte que connecta natura, cuina i comunitat. <\/i><\/p>\n

Tot va comen\u00e7ar amb una finca<\/b>  a L\u2019Atz\u00fabia,<\/b> cultivada sense qu\u00edmics i amb respecte pels cicles naturals.<\/p>\n

Amb el temps, aquest projecte va donar pas al restaurant, on avui transformem productes de la nostra pr\u00f2pia terra i de productors locals sostenibles en plats plens de sabor i sentit.<\/b><\/p>\n

A L\u2019Artes\u00e0<\/b> creiem que cada ingredient t\u00e9 una hist\u00f2ria per explicar.<\/p>\n

Aquesta convicci\u00f3 \u00e9s la que guia la nostra cuina, arrelada en els productes locals i de temporada.<\/p>\n

Treballem estretament amb petits productors de la Marina Alta, units per un valor essencial: el respecte a la terra i a les persones que la treballen.<\/p>\n
