OUR STORY
At L’Artesà, everything begins with a simple dream: to cultivate the land, respect its rhythms, and share its fruits. This is the story of how a passion for authenticity gave life to a project that connects nature, cuisine, and community.
It all began with a farm in L’Atzúbia, cultivated without chemicals and with respect for natural cycles.
Over time, that project gave way to the restaurant, where today we transform products from our own land and local sustainable producers into dishes full of flavor and meaning.
At L’Artesà, we believe that every ingredient has a story to tell.
This belief is what guides our cuisine, rooted in local and seasonal ingredients.
We work closely with small producers from the Marina Alta region, united by a core value: respect for the land and for those who cultivate it.

Yanina Ramírez
ChefBorn in Argentina, Yanina has spent over 7 years exploring Mediterranean flavors. Her international training in Argentina, Spain, and Italy, along with her passion for local ingredients, is reflected in every dish that leaves her kitchen. For her, cooking is an act of love toward the product and those who will enjoy it.

Head WaitressWith her warm smile and attention to detail, Rebeca creates the welcoming atmosphere that defines L’Artesà, drawing on her 20 years of experience. Her knowledge of natural wines and local products enriches the experience of our guests, guiding them on a complete gastronomic journey.


Terrazas de Adsubia is the brand founded by Alexander to bring his dream to life: sharing the fruits of a land cultivated with respect, ethics, and passion with as many people as possible, and inspiring new vocations.
Beyond the restaurant, this project aims to raise awareness about ecology and promote responsible farming. A range of food products —a true reflection of our surroundings and our commitment— will soon be available.
We will invite all interested individuals to discover our fields, take part in the harvest, understand the natural rhythm of each fruit and vegetable, and enjoy a wide variety of shared experiences centered around the land and living beings.
