At L\u2019Artes\u00e0, everything begins with a simple dream: to cultivate the land, respect its rhythms, and share its fruits. This is the story of how a passion for authenticity gave life to a project that connects nature, cuisine, and community. <\/i><\/p>\n

It all began with a farm<\/b>  in L\u2019Atz\u00fabia,<\/b> cultivated without chemicals and with respect for natural cycles.<\/p>\n

Over time, that project gave way to the restaurant, where today we transform products from our own land and local sustainable producers into dishes full of flavor and meaning<\/b>.<\/p>\n

At L\u2019Artes\u00e0<\/b>, we believe that every ingredient has a story to tell.<\/p>\n

This belief is what guides our cuisine, rooted in local and seasonal ingredients.<\/p>\n

We work closely with small producers from the Marina Alta region, united by a core value: respect for the land and for those who cultivate it.<\/p>\n

Terrazas de Adsubia<\/b> is the brand founded by Alexander to bring his dream to life: sharing the fruits of a land cultivated with respect, ethics, and passion with as many people as possible<\/b>, and inspiring new vocations.<\/p>\n

Beyond the restaurant, this project aims to raise awareness about ecology and promote responsible farming<\/b>. A range of food products \u2014a true reflection of our surroundings and our commitment\u2014 will soon be available. <\/p>\n

We will invite all interested individuals to discover our fields, take part in the harvest, understand the natural rhythm of each fruit and vegetable, and enjoy a wide variety of shared experiences centered around the land and living beings.<\/p>\n
